The International Parent Responder was designed to help parents and caregivers understand the medical realities of living in Bali and to strengthen skills in those areas that pose the highest risk. Parents and caregivers are often called on to be our family’s first responder. This course helps you successfully fill that role, even in a medically resource-poor environment. We use active, scenario-based training to help you develop new abilities and hone existing ones. We will help you put your existing knowledge into a useable framework that makes skills easier to recall during the pressure of a real incident. This course will also help you build and strengthen your community network, so you can get the support you need in a real emergency.
